IN OFFICE position. We are seeking a motivated and driven Associate
Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role,
you will be responsible for helping the customers to understand
their needs, provide solutions and ensure a smooth sales process As
an Associate Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial
role in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships
with potential customers and providing exceptional customer

ASSOCIATE INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Salary range: $22 - $28/hour
DOE Essential Functions Provide great customer service and exhibit
quality salesmanship. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the
inventory and catalog in order to best represent the company and to
further advance sales. Accurately provide inventory information,
order entry/status, changes in delivery schedules, and pricing &
quotations to customers and outside sales. Discuss special pricing
situations with sales engineers or supervisors. Attend to “rush
orders” within 24 hours. Prepare, write-up, enter, and process
orders accurately and in a timely manner. This includes providing
pricing and quotations per company procedures. Ensure pre-lien
information is received on contractor ordered material. Process
returns. Assist with Requests for Service (RFS). Perform
Competitive Quotation Memos (CQM) with assistance when required.
Perform pump selections on Xylem’s ESP Rep with supervision. Other
duties as assigned. Competencies Detail-oriented Customer service
Salesmanship Phone handling No Supervisory responsibilities or
travel is required for this position. Qualifications: - High school
diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related
field is a plus - Proven experience in sales or customer service -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to
persuade and influence others - Strong negotiation and closing
skills - Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or
exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part
of a team - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of the industry and product/service offerings is
desirable - Specifically Hydronics equipment. Responsibilities: -
Possess comprehensive knowledge of the inventory and catalog in
order to best represent the company and further advance sales. -
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing
exceptional customer service - Negotiate and close sales deals to
achieve and exceed sales targets - Collaborate with the sales team
to share best practices and contribute to team success - Stay
up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics - Maintain
accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
deals closed - Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales
skills through training and self-development Requirements: - Proven
ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Strong phone presence and
persuasive skills - Excellent verbal and written communication
skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
effectively - Results-driven with a strong work ethic - Ability to
