From in-person training events and StoragePRO University courses to exciting career advancement opportunities, whether your role is in-store or corporate leadership, we provide you the tools and support to thrive.If you're looking to build a fulfilling career with a company that values your potential, visit us at www.storagepro.com to learn more today!Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits Package: - Competitive salary - Annual bonus eligibility - Paid Time Off - Medical, dental, vision insurance - Flexible spending account - 401k with generous company matchAbout the Role: Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection in collaboration with the hiring manager. - Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates' skills and experience, collect employment applications/resumes from pre-screened applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring manager. - Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information. - Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and priorities. - Arrange and administer background screenings; prepare/update offer letters and manage new hire documentation (onboarding process). - Provide administrative support to the HR department and handle general inquiries. - Manage and track metrics for our recruiting process, providing regular reporting to leadership. - Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.Qualifications
Qualifications:Requires 2-3 years of experience of full-cycle recruiting ideally in property management, retail or related field. Bachelor's degree in human resources or Business Administration preferred. Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
