treatment plans and operations.The roleWe're looking for an
experienced and passionate BCBA to join our growing team. You'll
supervise a caseload while pursuing clinical excellence, setting
best practices, building team culture, and delivering
compassionate, quality care. You will:
- Conceptualize, develop and implement ABA programs for
individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to design ABA
programs
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
- Provide virtual (and sometimes field) supervision for RBTs
- Provide compassionate training, support, and mentorship to
RBTs
- Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment
plans
- Partner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer
requirementsWhat you'll need
- Masters or Doctorate in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special
Ed, Psychology, or related field
- Valid BCBA Certification
- Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
- Live within the metro area
- Minimum 2 years experience of clinical supervision
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Electronic data collection experienceValues we live by
