Job Description:

Primary Job:Work directly with the Branch Managers to prepare loan submissions received for Underwriting within APMC or other lending institution. Submit, track, and follow up on all documentation required to close loans.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Review submissions for completeness of documentation required for loan approvalPrepare/Review Initial DisclosuresSubmit all eligible files through DU/LP for automated approval prior to submitting to APMC or other lending institutionPoint of contact for Loan Officer and/or BorrowerObtain and review needed documentation for final approval. Follow up and work with Loan Officer/Borrower through funding on any items needed to close loansEnsure all borrowers receive final 1003 and MLDS in escrow prior to signing loan docsClosing Disclosure ReviewFollow through in obtaining broker check and other documentation needed for closingClose out files after funding to meet the standards of our Quality Control Department, work on any files with missing documentation or those that may need corrections to make sure that all files meet AMPC standards for Quality ControlConduct weekly pipeline review meetings with Loan OfficersMaintain current posted turn times and customer service levelsDevelop and maintain current procedures for all functions within the Loan Processor positionGather conditions from borrowersCommunicate with processor and LO with regards to moving the loan file forward towards an on time closingMust be able to manage deadlines well, with an organized aptitude to ensuring loans are closed on timeCommunicate and keep updated all referral partners, LOs, processors, borrowers and agents on all loan files.Participate in weekly pipeline meetingMay need to Open escrow, requesting title/escrow feesOrder appraisalsRequest COCsEnter fees in 2015 itemization and request initial disclosures & COCsAdditional projects as assignedQualifications/Requirements:Commitment to company values, policies and proceduresExcellent interpersonal communication skillsCustomer Service the ability to provide and maintain effective and positive communicationAdaptability an ability to quickly learn new or different techniques, products and computer programsProblem Solving an ability to effectively analyze and resolve problems at a functional levelThis person must live our culture every day!
