Bubbles by Swing Education is seeking educators for the 20-21 Fall school term to support small, in-home learning pods in Sacramento County. A leader in teacher placement, Swing has worked with thousands of educators to ensure students receive uninterrupted learning. Learning pod sizes range from 1-8, and learning takes place in students’ homes with safety policies agreed upon between all parties. Perks of being a private Bubbles teacher Pay range: $40-50/hr Estimated 25 hours/wk W-2 employee we take care of the paperwork and taxes Work with great students from local schools who need academic support We match you with host families near your home You’ll be eligible for sick time, worker’s compensation, and other perks Ongoing support and resources from Swing Education Qualifications and requirements Must commit to teaching 3-5 days per week in a student's home for up to one school term K-12 teaching experience Bachelor’s degree from a 4-yr college or university in the U.S. Feel confident in your ability to keep a small group of students on track academically in an in-home, distance learning environment Complete a FBI background check and TB Screen Be willing to take a COVID-19 test upon request
