Flexible hybrid work model with strong work-life balance Competitive pay, generous benefits, and performance-based bonuses Meaningful client work, mentorship, and real career growth from day one Supportive, team-driven culture with long-term stability and vision 1750 Billable hours (50 of these for Pro Bono work) Job Details Responsibilities: Represent employers in a variety of labor and employment matters across both public and private sectors Manage litigation from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and depositions Draft, negotiate, and revise workplace documents such as employee handbooks, policies, and contracts Provide strategic counsel on compliance, workplace investigations, risk avoidance, and employment decisions Monitor changes in employment law and provide proactive guidance to clients Work closely with colleagues to develop practical, business-minded solutions to complex legal issues Qualifications: 4 years of employment law and litigation experience, ideally including dispositive motion and deposition work Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar Juris Doctorate from an accredited university Interested in hearing more?
