Why join us? Work Fully Remote 401K PTO Medical Dental Vision FSA Job Details ABILITY To Work independently on an active litigation caseload of approximately 30 cases. Propound and respond to written discovery. Draft and respond to pleadings and pre-trial motions, including demurrers, Motions to Quash, Oppositions to Motions for Summary Judgement, Motions to Compel, etc. Take and defend depositions. Second chair trials and arbitrations. Work effectively in a remote work environment. REQUIRED Skills Clear communication skills, including ability to listen and pro-actively address issues. Ability to prioritize litigation workload and flexibility in managing time. Strong interpersonal skills, including a sense of humor. Excellent written and organizational skills. PREFFERRED Skills 2 to 5 years’ litigation experience, preferably experience as plaintiff-side litigation attorney Experience taking and defending depositions, regular court appearances, arguing motions JD and California Bar License required.
