Job Description:
The Senior Technical Lead is responsible for technical
leadership of a Data Warehouse Implementation project, including
but not limited to ensuring IT architectural integrity, functioning
as the interface between systems developers and IT project
managers. Provide coordination, oversight and leadership for the
analyses, planning, design, implementation, documentation,
assessment, and management of IT architecture and infrastructure
design framework to align IT approaches with mission, goals and
business processes. Must have bachelor's degree, equivalent
certification or higher in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics,
or a related field, as well as a minimum of three (3) years of
experience working with cloud-based data warehouse technology. Must
have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems
with organizational business processes. At least five (5) years of
that experience must have been in a lead capacity designing,
architecting, and building systems for analytical and business
intelligence workloads.

The Senior Technical Lead must have a minimum of three (3) years of
experience working with cloud-based data warehouse technology.
The Senior Technical Lead shall have a bachelor's degree,
equivalent certification or higher in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics,
or a related field.
Desirable Qualifications:
The Senior Technical Lead shall have three (3) years of experience
in designing and implementing a Large and Complex IT System with
electronic data processing.
The Senior Technical Lead shall have at least three (3) years of
experience developing a distributed and multi-tiered cloud-hosted
applications.
The Senior Technical Lead shall have at least three (3) years of
experience developing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and
web services for data sharing with internal and external
entities.
The Senior Technical Lead shall have two (2) years of experience on
a project that implemented a Large and Complex IT System that
involved integration of multiple data sources.
The Senior Technical Lead shall have three (3) years of experience
building and maintaining direct relationships with clients,
including key internal and external stakeholders.
The Senior Technical Lead shall have five (5) years of experience
as a full-stack development lead on a Large and Complex IT System's
development project.
The Senior Technical Lead shall have five (5) years of experience
on projects using both relational and non-relational (or non-SQL)
database.
The Senior Technical Lead shall have three (3) years of experience
with developing business intelligence dashboards and reports.
Responsibilities:
Develop reference models of the enterprise and maintain the
information in the IT repository;
Determine the gaps between current and the target architecture and
develop plans for transitioning to the target architecture;
Define the policies and principles to guide technology decisions
for the enterprise architecture;
Identify opportunities to improve enterprise-level systems to
support business processes and utilize emerging technologies;
Promote and educate program staff and stakeholders on the use and
value of the enterprise architecture;
Provide enterprise architecture guidance, support and coordination
to IT project teams;
Document enterprise architecture infrastructure, including the
business units and key processes, using modeling techniques;
Ensure technical integration is achieved across the enterprise by
participating in test planning, validation and reviews;
Evaluate the impact of enterprise architecture products and
services on IT investments, business operations, stakeholder
satisfaction and other outcomes;
Coordinate and conduct governance and portfolio management
activities associated with ensuring compliance with the enterprise
architecture; and,
Ensure the rigorous application of information security/information
assurance policies, principles and practices to all components of
the enterprise architecture.
