WE ARE HIRING - BANQUET SERVERS, BARTENDERS & HOUSEMEN (Seasonal) Yountville, CA Laying in the heart of Napa Valley, The Estate Yountville features two magnificent hotels that embody the perfect getaway and retreat. Surrounded by vineyards, Michelin-star restaurants and exquisite views in Yountville, our 22-acre haven sits among one the most coveted viticulture regions in the world. We invite our guests to immerse themselves in a redesigned Wine Country experience in a delightfully vino-cultured manner: two luxury hotels with decidedly different personalities - the vibrant Hotel Villagio and its sophisticated counterpart, Vintage House, a chic and tranquil sanctuary. A combined room-count of nearly 200 rooms and suites allows us to create a memorable experience for any occasion! JOB SUMMARY: We are currently hiring Banquet Servers, Bartenders, and Housemen to support our events and banquet operations. These roles are responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring seamless event execution, and maintaining a polished and welcoming environment for all guests. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Set up banquet and event spaces according to floor plans and specifications * Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and event equipment accurately * Greet guests and provide attentive, professional service * Serve food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner (Servers/Bartenders) * Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with standards (Bartenders) * Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations * Assist with transporting equipment, setup, and breakdown (Housemen) * Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout events * Collaborate with kitchen and event teams to ensure proper timing of service * Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly * Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards * Uphold a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times * Assist with post-event cleanup and reset REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. * Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role * Strong knowledge of banquet and event service procedures * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Hotel Villagio & Vintage House offer an attractive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.
