Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required Previous home care experience - Preferred Current driver's license.
