Job Description Cardiac Anesthesia Physician needed near Sacramento, CA A very established 4 person Anesthesia group near Sacramento, CA is recruiting for a B/E or B/C Cardiac trained Anesthesia Physician. They want to bring another Cardiac Trained Anesthesia physician due to growth. The group performs 400 open heart Cardiac cases per year, structural heart and EP Cardiology, covering thoracic and major vascular procedures. They work on adults no Peds. The Hospital has a Hybrid OR Room plus 2 Cardiac OR’s and 3 Da Vinci’s. The OR schedule is call every 3-4th night. They also share weekend call once per month per physician. Typically call is taken from home, usually quite they only cover very specific cardiac or trauma cases. All the cases are distributed by the Hospital rules, no internal competition. They cover one large level 2 trauma center. The Anesthesia physicians are all 1099 contractors, they offer 9 weeks off vacation and offer a salary of 500K No partnership available.
