Job Description OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director - Westwood, New Jersey THE OPPORTUNITY A 128-bed community hospital in Bergen County, New Jersey - just 15 miles from Manhattan - is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician to serve as Medical Director for their OB/GYN Hospitalist program. This leadership role combines clinical practice with strategic program development and team oversight. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary plus Medical Director Stipend: $378,000 - $433,000 annually Additional Medical Director Stipend: $50,000 annually Sign-on Bonus: Up to $40,000 Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000 Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision) CME allowance Well-being resources Professional liability coverage No billing or coding responsibilities THE ROLE 6 twenty-four-hour in-house shifts per month Lead clinical quality initiatives Oversee provider team and clinical operations Partner with hospital executives on strategic direction Develop and implement OB/GYN hospitalist programs Build collaborative relationships across the practice Access to national OB/GYN hospitalist network On-call duties required REQUIREMENTS MD/DO, Board Certified Leadership experience preferred Ideal for experienced OB/GYN hospitalists or private practice physicians seeking leadership New Jersey license or ability to obtain THE LOCATION Westwood sits in the heart of Bergen County, offering the best of both worlds: suburban tranquility just 15 miles from Manhattan.
