Shift: Day Shift Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience) Start Date: ASAP Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Citrus Heights, CA . In this role, you'll help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence — and work within a team that truly values collaboration and clinical excellence. ? Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with personalized care plans Provide direct physical therapy interventions and education Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with other therapists, aides, physicians, and caregivers Supervise therapy assistants and aides as necessary Maintain compliance with documentation and billing procedures Stay current on best practices and licensure requirements ?
