Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide paternity
leave coverage at an elementary school in Fremont, CA. This
contract position involves supporting students through specialized
therapeutic interventions to enhance their functional performance
and participation in the school environment. The role spans the
course of the school year and offers a consistent schedule of
Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to a caseload
of approximately 35 students Assess student needs, develop
treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote fine motor,
sensory, and self-care skills Collaborate with educators, parents,
and other therapists to support student progress Document services
and maintain compliance with regulatory and program standards
Qualifications: Valid state licensure or certification as an
Occupational Therapist Experience working in school-based settings
preferred Ability to manage a caseload and deliver evidence-based
interventions Strong communication and teamwork skills Position
Details: Location: Fremont, CA, at an elementary school Contract
duration: Paternity leave coverage for March and April Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) This role
