Physical Therapist Location: Willits, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,985 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: 2 years in specialty preferred; 1st time travelers considered License: Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required Certifications: CPR or BLS certification required Must-Have: Valid Driver's License; must be at least 21 years of age Description: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Mileage reimbursement is provided. Home health experience is a requirement. The role involves covering a specific service area. The organization provides personalized in-home care and has received recognition for excellence. Planning and conducting segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions are essential responsibilities. The position requires serving as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Evaluations must be completed to ensure quality standards are met.
