Occupational Therapist Location: Pleasant Hill, CA Agency: Clover Health Services Pay: $2,306 per week Shift Information: Evenings - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Key Responsibilities - Conduct physical and psychological assessments. - Assess home and work environments. - Advise on adaptive equipment. - Develop physical rehabilitation programs. - Prepare clients for return to work. - Educate caregivers and family members. - Evaluate therapy effectiveness. - Maintain professional knowledge. - Comply with regulations. Certifications/Requirements - Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) credential from NBCOT required. - Masters or Doctoral degree in OT from ACOTE-accredited program. - State licensure required (OTR/L). - CPR/BLS certification. Experience - Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) from ACOTE-accredited program . - Level II Fieldwork (6 months minimum ). - Pass NBCOT exam.
