inpatient Rehab needed asapPlans and conducts segments of treatment
programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and
mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as
co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.Doctor of
Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license
on or after January 2016Physical Therapy licensure in state of
practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life
Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required Required
Qualifications Physical Therapist, Inpatient Rehab Experience: 2
years Licenses: PT-CA Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) SSN Required
