Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/21/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel MUST LIVE 100 MILES AWAY POSITION IS FOR DAMONTE RANCH FED - 1041 Steamboat Parkway, Reno, NV 89521 - Shift Time: 1845-0715 - Shift Days: Varies, hired in location is Damonte Ranch FED, but may be at moved to other FED locations McCarran and Spanish Springs to fill needs among all 3 FED’s - On Call Requirement: none, but can sign up for on call open shifts if desired - Experience/Certifications Required: 2 years ER minimum, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH required - Current RN license to in Nevada - Required - ER Experience - Required: 2 Years - BSN - Highly desired - Cerner Experience Required The ED is a fast paced environment that treats every type of patient. The ED nurses manage critical care skills such as medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood and chest tubes. Patients range from urgent care (simple procedures) psych, pediatric and critical care/trauma patients.
