facilities as required. - Minimum of two supervisory references
covering one year of employment within the last three years in a
comparable specialty or setting. Description: This position
requires a Registered Nurse with a specialty in Case Management.
The role involves managing patient cases to ensure optimal care and
services are delivered. The nurse will be responsible for
coordinating care, assessing patient needs, and working with a
multidisciplinary team. Candidates must maintain flexibility to
float between various facilities within the state, as needed. This
