Job Description:
Seeking RN/LPN in Cumberland Saturdays 11pm-7am with NJT and
BIPAP experience preferred. Responsible for managing personalized
care plans, assessing patients, and ensuring quality home care.
Supervise staff, coordinate with healthcare providers, and monitor
patient progress. Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, revise
care plans, and ensure compliance with regulations. Oversee
documentation, staff orientation, and competency screening. Develop
community relationships, educate clients and professionals, and
participate in outreach. Maintain licensing, adhere to safety
standards, and manage operational tasks. Requires current RN
licensure, BSN or ADN, minimum 3 years nursing, and supervisory
experience preferred.
