Nurse Manager of Case Management. -This non-profit hospital has

by a team of licensed social workers, Case Management RNs and case
management supervisors, this person will lead an outstanding and
busy hospital in care coordination efforts. The Nurse Manager of
Case Management will work with the hospital staff and other leaders
to maximize clinical care management efficiency and address arising
needs. -The Nurse Manager of Case Management will be in charge of
developing and implementing departmental goals and standards that
align with the clinical objectives, goals and values of the
hospital. This requires evaluating departmental operations, and
decision making for increasing efficiency and quality of the care
management team. In addition, the Manager is responsible for
staffing and overseeing budgetary allowances for the department.
Most importantly, the Nurse Manager of Case Management will be
responsible for creating an environment that promotes positivity
and excellent preparation of care management. -The area is known
