Position Summary for National Account Manager-EventsThe Life Time Partnership Marketing division is searching for a passionate and organized professional to join the team and fill the role of National Account Manager. - This position is responsible for the execution of sponsorship activation for Life Time Events. The Partnership Marketing Activation team prides itself on its unparalleled customer service and white glove treatment for all clients- big & small. - - The National Account Manager is responsible for managing and cultivating client relationships by providing day to day support for contract execution and by offering smart solutions to help client exceed desired KPIs. - This position collaborates with the sales consultants to come up with out of the box activation ideas that both WOW clients and deliver an exceptional experience to athletes on race day. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment, have stellar project management skills, and be a positive team player. - The ideal candidate has an understanding of the operation of live events and must be willing to work a number of event weekends. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serves as main point of contact with key clients to execute all sponsorship benefits as defined in sponsorship contracts - - -
  • Responsible for collaborating with sales consultants on prospective clients and providing approval on all contracts
  • Works cross functionally within Life Time events division to deliver timely execution of sponsorship benefits
  • Project manages client lists, deliverables documents, product in kind, signage documents and budgets - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
    Position Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field
    • 1 to 2 years of related experience
    • Experience in sponsorship activation and/or account management
    • Experience in live events
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Master at client service
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
    • Exceptional time management and project management skills
    • Extremely organized and superior attention
