Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field,
or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in a
technical role such as solutions architecture, technical product
management, solution program management, or workflow automation.
Experience with business process re-engineering, workflow
automation, and mapping operational systems. Experience building
and launching internal tools or enterprise-grade platforms for
technical and non-technical users in areas such as sales,
operations, or finance. Experience leading the delivery of the
product lifecycle, from initial concept and user research to launch
and iteration. Preferred qualifications: 12 years of experience in
a technical or product leadership role, with shipping high-impact
solutions in a fluid environment. Experience building, prototyping,
or integrating solutions powered by AI, machine learning, or large
language models (LLMs). Experience with automation, integration
(iPaaS), or business process management platforms, or scripting
languages (e.g., Python, Apps Script) for rapid prototyping.
Knowledge of sales and commercial operations, particularly within
the consumer electronics, retail, or telecommunications industries.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with an
ability to influence and drive consensus among executive-level
business leaders (Director, VP-level). About the job A problem

responsible for re-imagining the very fabric of how the
organization works. The mandate is to drive industry-leading
transformation by architecting and implementing a modern
orchestration of process, platforms, and pioneering AI. You are the
builders and catalysts for creating an autonomous, self-optimizing
commercial ecosystem. This role is pivotal in turning goal into
reality, focusing on the execution that unlocks the next wave in
operational speed, efficiency, and scale. This role is deeply
focused on automation and optimization of complex workflows from
back-office operations to front-office sales enablement that power
the commercial organization. You will translate strategy into
executable designs, build autonomous agents to empower the teams to

base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000
bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role,
level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined
by work location and additional factors, including job-related
skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your

gaol into executable roadmap and technical designs for generative
and agentic AI solutions that automate internal sales and
commercial workflows. Partner with Sales, Partner Management, and
Commercial Operations leaders to identify high-impact automation
opportunities, and architect end-to-end solutions and workflow
automations. Lead the design and execution of the solution
lifecycle, create detailed requirements documents, workflow
diagrams, and integration plans in close collaboration with
Engineering. Define key performance indicators (KPI) and objective
key results (OKR), measure the impact of AI solutions in terms of
sales team productivity, operational efficiency, cost savings, and
partner satisfaction. Collaborate with internal AI/ML research
teams, platform teams, and other product areas to leverage Google's
exceptional technology and ensure a cohesive internal tooling
ecosystem.
