rotation Tuesday to Monday Night shift 6 pm to 6 am 17-18 patients
per day, 20-21 in winter Average 7 admits per night Open ICU admits
and cross coverage Intensivist available for backup support
Admitters and rounders system for patient management We negotiate
better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing
and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage We simplify the
credentialing and privileging process Access to online portal for
