Job Description:
IndigoFlow Wealth Advisory — a private wealth advisory practice
with Ameriprise located in Roseville, California — is hiring a
Client Engagement & Relationship Manager to be the warm, proactive
voice and presence of our firm. This role blends client engagement,
lead follow-up, event coordination, and light office
administration. You will help ensure that every interaction—whether
by phone, text, email, or in person—feels thoughtful, timely, and
seamless. Most advisor and client meetings are virtual, so comfort
in a digital, conceptual environment is essential. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES: Client & Prospect Engagement (Primary) • Respond
quickly and warmly to inbound leads • Make consistent outbound
calls, texts, and emails to follow up with prospects and clients •
Convert outreach into scheduled Exploration Calls and Strategy
Sessions • Build rapport quickly and authentically • Maintain
updated CRM notes and track engagement • Support nurture workflows
to keep prospects and clients engaged • Coordinate logistics for
seminars, client events, and COI partnership activities Client
Experience & Light Office Support (Secondary) • Greet clients and
support a positive in-office experience • Answer the main phone
line and triage inquiries • Prepare/reset conference rooms • Check
scan, and route mail; assist with check scanning • Maintain office
supplies and support general office organization Operational
Collaboration • Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up •
Support client touchpoints (gifts, cards, milestones) • Identify
opportunities to enhance systems and workflows WHO WILL THRIVE IN
THIS ROLE: • Warm, outgoing, and relational • Proactive and
consistent with follow-up • Strong communicator across
phone/text/email • Organized but flexible • Comfortable switching
between outreach, digital workflows, and light admin tasks •
Tech-savvy and comfortable in a virtual-first environment
QUALIFICATIONS: • Resume cover letter required • 1–5 years
experience in client service, hospitality, outreach, or similar •
High comfort with outbound calling • Strong communication skills •
CRM experience helpful • Bachelor’s degree required COMPENSATION &
BENEFITS (CA-Compliant): • Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt): $26.00 –
$33.00 per hour • Bonus Opportunity: Performance-based bonuses tied
