In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, tech savvy (able to operate an Ipad & smart phone), troubleshoot and is able to remain calm under pressure. This position is for a parking attendant in a parking garage in downtown Reno, Nevada. Shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. Must be able to follow directions, be reliable, and have strong work ethic. Cash handling and balancing is a must. Responsibilities Assist customers with processing parking ticket fees Collect payment for parking fees Check self serve pay machines for paper supply Answer questions for public on monthly parking membership Assist customers in obtaining a ticket at self-serve kiosk. Keep work area clean, wipe counters, sweep booth floor, and clean windows in booth Keep the traffic entering and exiting the garage fluently and efficiently. Qualifications Cash handling Previous experience in working with the public is desired, but willing to train right candidate Comfortable using Ipads & Smart Phone Excellent communication skills Understanding of active listening techniques Ability to work well under pressure Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
