- Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (rotating

exceptional customer service. Job Description: As a Customer
Service Representative at Loan Star Title Loans, you will be the
first point of contact for both potential borrowers and current
customers. Your responsibilities will include: Answering customer
inquiries about loan products and services. Evaluating vehicles for
loan eligibility and explaining terms to customers. Managing
customer accounts, tracking loan status, and processing payments.
Maintaining daily communication with customers via phone, email,
and in-person, providing updates, making courtesy calls, and
addressing customer concerns. Providing excellent customer service
by delivering timely, accurate, and friendly support. Various
Office Tasks: Data entry and updating customer accounts in our
system. Filing and maintaining accurate documentation for loans and
payments. Processing loan applications and assisting in the
approval process. Sorting and distributing office mail, packages,
and customer correspondences. Managing and organizing office
supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Assisting with other
administrative tasks as needed to support the office team. What

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: Prior
customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We'll

computer skills and experience with data entry are a must.
