Gather feedback from customer conversations to understand their
prior experiences with other providers and preferences. Participate
in daily team meetings focused on reviewing customer service
approaches and refining value communication. Maintain an up-to-date
knowledge base of all wireless products, services, and relevant
government program guidelines. Assist in troubleshooting basic
customer issues, providing immediate resolutions or escalating to
senior support when necessary.
