Job Description:

Employer is looking for excellent Operations Assistant to support Capacity Team, which is responsible for freight movement. Track & trace loads, schedule deliveries, strong attn to detail, able to pick up on systems quickly.


Employees in Operations and Support roles are primarily responsible for providing administrative support and/or executing routine operational processes to support the branch and customers.



Other duties include:


Customer and carrier follow-up


Answer incoming calls


Schedule appointments


Dispatch loads


Audit load information


Complete customer requests


Tracking and tracing
