• Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or refers inquiries
• Scanning or updating pertinent patient information in EMR
• Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
• Utilize our medical office software to schedule visits for our patients
• Respond to emails that arrive using the general office email address
• Verify patient insurance benefits and collection of payments
• End of night balancing
• Any additional duties assigned.Requirements: Required/Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of medical insurance
  • Outstanding customer service focus
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the organization's needs as well as effective problem-solving skills
  • Basic Math skills
  • Ability to handle stress calmly and be flexible to change
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Dedication to maintaining the confidentiality of all patient records
  • CPR and BLS (preferred)

This position requires many hours in a sedentary sitting position. This position may require travel to various office locations. Quick Care Med is a COVID testing and treatment site.
