Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center seeks to hire a well-organized
professional who can assist our team in improving the well-being of
caregivers caring for an adult with cognitive and physical
impairments within a thirteen county service area.
The bookkeeper will support the Del Oro team by performing
bookkeeping duties of the agency, including accounts payable,
accounts receivable, general ledger, etc.
This is part-time (24 hours/week) and based in Citrus Heights.
Limited benefits are provided.
Salary will be based on experience.
Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years' experience in bookkeeping capacity.
At least 1-year experience working with QuickBooks Premier.
Proficient typing skills.
PC proficiency and knowledge of standard office application
software. Including Windows, MSOffice, QuickBooks, and applications
at an intermediate level of usage. Must possess the ability to
learn new windows-base computer software programs.
Ability to create and save MS Excel worksheets, charts, and graphs
including: entering, manipulating, and formatting text and
numerical data; insert, and delete cells, rows, and columns.
Strong organizational skills and effective written and verbal
Ability to operate standard office equipment. Including multi-line
telephone system, postage machine/scale, 10-key calculator, fax
machine, computer/printer, and photocopy machine.
Ability to work independently on concurrent multiple
Commitment to the mission of Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center.
Position requires driving your own vehicle, valid California
Driver's License, and having your own car insurance as per State
Experience working in a non-profit environment preferred.
